This is a recipe for DELICIOUS egg-salad!
I used:
4 spoon fulls of sweet Relish or cut up pickles into tiny pieces
1 spoonful Light Mayo
2-3 spoonfuls of plain yogurt
1-2 Chopped chive(s)
Spicy mustard
Cherry Tomatoes
(optional) Italian parsley/ Basile
dash of pepper
Step 1: Hard boil the eggs
Step 2: Peel the eggs
Step 3: Cut the eggs or mash the eggs
Step 4: Add onions and tomatoes
Step 5: Fold mustard, relish, yogurt and mayo into the mixture( as much as you want..some people like a lot- some people not so much)
Step 6: Fold in parsley, tomatoes and pepper
Step 7: sprinkle shredded cheese on top (optional) – eat with salad or add to bread with lettuce
