I wrote about wanting to drop pounds and live a more active lifestyle on Facebook.. that is when April over at Confessions of A Messy Mama sent me a link to her current Challenge. She is doing “100 Days to a better me”. Basically, she is pledging to eat healthier, wear less makeup and focus on the important things in life. I was inspired by this and have decided to create my own ’100 Days to a Better’ Me Challenge.
I want to live a healthier, more active lifestyle and I want to drop 15-20 lbs. I am going to give myself 100 Days to make this possible. Sounds pretty easy, right? I can surely shed 15 pounds in 100 days. I also want to build up my endurance and truly LOVE the new me…so that after the 100 days are over, every day will be a ‘Better Me’. Right now I look at this as a challenge because I am use to eating take out, snacking on candy and being a couch potato. When this is over I want to look at this as a way of life and be full of motivation and energy.
